Mahamadou Ilboudo: With 12 years of experience in the digital financial services field, providing support to companies across West, Central, and East Africa (including Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Benin, Senegal, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda, and Burkina Faso), Mahamadou ILBOUDO embarked on his journey early in the telecommunications, mobile money, microfinance, and solar energy sectors (Pay as You Go). His work encompasses research topics with a focus on mobile money, clean energy, remittances and migration.
His proven expertise lies in strategic marketing and the development of innovative digital financial products, encompassing credit and savings solutions aimed at fostering financial inclusion in developing countries.
Driven by the belief that data is the key to innovative solutions, he assists companies in crafting data strategies, ensuring data governance, and implementing data analytics. He excels in interactive dashboard design and spearheads data science projects including credit scoring, delinquency analysis, fraud dectection, churn management, and CVM, all of which contribute substantial value to businesses.
Mahamadou ILBOUDO holds an Executive Master's degree in Data Engineering from ISM-Paris, and a Master's degree in Public Economics and Applied Statistics from the African School of Economics in Benin. In 2021, he achieved a Certificate in Digital Transformation for Microfinance Institutions from the Boulder Institute of Microfinance.
